- Coat 200g Paneer Cubes in salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Fry in 1 tbsp oil on low flame for 2 mins and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and add whole spices(bay leaf, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon) and 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds. Once they splitter add 2 finely ch

Next add 1 tsp Kasuri methi, 2 tsp Kashmiri Red chili, 1 tsp Garam masala, 2 tsp Chana Masala, 1 tsp Amchur and cook on low flame. Add 2 tomatoes pureed and Salt. Cover and cook the channa masala till oil separates.
Add little water and Boiled Chickpeas and mix. Smash some chickpeas and add coriander leaves, butter. Mix and serve hot.
4- Makhana Kheer:
In the Riara Triply kadai stainless steel heat ghee, Add chopped almonds and cashews. Roast on low flame and keep aside. Add 2 cups of makhana. Roast on low flame and keep aside.
Add milk and let it boil. Once it starts boiling add makhana along with some crushed makhana. Stir and boil. Add saffron milk to this and mix it well. Add sugar to your taste and roasted nuts. Mix everything well and cook it for a min.
In the Tri-ply Kadai heat ghee, add all the whole spices, and cashews, and saute for 1 min. Add 2 medium onions and saute them well. Add 2 medium tomatoes and saute until it becomes mashy. add red chili powder 1 tsp, turmeric 1/4 tsp, Salt to taste, garam masala 1 tsp. Mix everything well and cook for a min.
Add 1 cup of rice. Mix it and saute for a min. Add 2 cups of water and mix it well. Cover it and cook.
