Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of noodles
  • 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. of minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp. of minced garlic
  • 1 cup of sliced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions in a stainless steel saucepan, then rinse under cold water and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a Stainless steel frypan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the steel frypan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until heated thoroughly.
  6. Add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry for an additional minute.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

2. Spicy Peanut Noodles
Spicy Peanut Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of noodles
  • 1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. of rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. of honey
  • 1 tsp. of grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of hot water
  • 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions in a saucepan, then rinse under cold water and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl/ stainless steel tasla, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, red pepper flakes, and garlic.
  3. Add the hot water and whisk until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until they are well coated.
  5. Garnish with chopped peanuts and green onions, and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of noodles
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes (14 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions in a saucepan, then rinse under cold water and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large frypan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes and vegetable broth to the pan, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the steel frypan and toss until they are well coated in the sauce.
  8. Add the chopped basil and salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
